What happens

Try to say nothing negative about anybody for three days, for forty-five days, for three months. See what happens to your life.

This resonates. Holidays are here, I’m heading home, there will inevitably be gossip around the kitchen table: words said that aren’t so nice or just plain frivolous. This season, I’m not going to partake.
Will you join me?

I’m in, for sure. In fact, it was something I learned long ago: my world is better when I acknowledge the goodness in it, and not the bad.
I made a conscious decision, years ago, to always see the best in people — to refuse to speak ill of them because I refuse to _see_ those negative traits. I may not always be successful, but I have tried, I continue to try, every day.
Thanks for the reminder. I’ll be joining you in this effort, not only this holiday season, but every day of my life.
I will… if you call me back!!!
I’ve been calling for days! AND I KNOW YOU’VE CALLED TALLI AND MOM AND DAD!!!!!!! Haha… seriously, what’s up?
