So sorry to hear that 2009 was a rough road for you; however, I think intentional is a wonderful guiding thought to facing 2010.

And you know what, I think it’s sort of a sexy word too, and exciting to boot. It speaks of thought and care and the desire to live deliberately. All good things in my book.

I hadn’t realised that 2009 had been such a bad year for you, which makes me feel remiss. But whether by luck, fate or intention, I do hope that 2010 proves to be a great one.

Great word!

I’ve always felt that being self aware enough that my actions reflect my intention is a goal to aspire to, so I wouldn’t be so hard on yourself for spending a year caught in the rushing waters of circumstance. Many people spend their whole lives like that.
